If you have searched for information, and find it difficult to find anything relevant, or it takes you more time that you would wish it to take, why not take our 'Literature Searching' and 'Searching Google Effectively' courses.
A trained information professional will help you devise a search strategy. With you at the keyboard, they'll show you how to put your strategy into practice using healthcare databases and other resources.
Courses usually last about 60 minutes. Critical Appraisal courses however take longer; about 2-3 hours.
You will be contacted you to schedule a mutually agreeable time for training, which can take place in your office, or in the library.
